If you have submitted a bid, we will email the results by 5pm on Wednesday, April 18. If your bid was successful you will be contacted by the museum by the end of April by phone and email to process payment.

Better yet, give us a ring at 413-662-2111 during regular museum hours (11am – 5pm, everyday except Tuesdays), and we’ll process your payment by phone. We must make direct contact with you to confirm your ticket purchase: if we have not made contact by April 29, please call 413-662-2111 x1, or email wilcobenefit@massmoca.org

Sorry, no transfers: Wrist bands will be issued in person, on the day of the concert, upon presentation of positive photo identification.
