MASS MoCA offers some of the most dramatic and creative spaces in Berkshire County to host special events. Selecting MASS MoCA as the site for your special event is a unique way to support the institution. MASS MoCA provides a seasoned professional support staff who ensure that every detail reflects your own unique style and personality.
The main lobby, fronting the intimate Clocktower Courtyard, features historic mill columns, a beautiful glass loggia, and dramatic entryway, and is a distinctive space for cocktails or dinner parties. The new Courtyard C Pavilion by Dutch artist Dré Wapenaar and café area included as part of this rental space. Capacity: Seated 150/Standing 250 Cost: $4,000.
This three-story gallery space is a stunning setting for receptions. The capacity and availability vary with conservation requirements. For details contact Courtney McIlhenny, 413.664.4481 ext 8112. Cost: $5,000 Rates are for 4 hours. Availability is subject to conservation requirements and MASS MoCA's performing arts events. MASS MoCA does not host special events on summer weekends (end of June through Labor Day weekend) or weekends in the month of October. Events in the gallery or lobby cannot begin until two hours after the museum closes.
Special event rentals are only available to museum members at the Associate level or higher.
