Enjoy a private screening of Untitled, a new film that the New York Times calls "an acutely witty art-world satire." The screening takes place in David Lang's Soho loft. Lang (the Pulitzer prize winning co-founder of Bang on a Can) will be joined by the film's writer/director Jonathan Parker and MASS MoCA director Joe Thompson.
The evening starts with drinks at 6 PM, the film shows at 6:30 PM and runs 96 minutes. Dinner after the movie is Asian takeout from Kelley & Ping. David, Jonathan, and Joe and the best bi bim bop in NYC -- a winning combination.
Untitled is a comic satire that tells the story of two brothers -- one, a brooding composer, the other a painter of cliched but successful work. Starring Adam Goldberg as the composer and Marley Shelton as a Chelsea gallerist who has a charged affair with the composer. The film premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival.
